TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of aircraft detailing services ("Services") by ACI Jet Maintenance ("Provider") to the aircraft owner or operator ("Client"). By engaging Provider for Services, Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Services Provided

Provider offers a range of aircraft detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior Services:
    • Wash
    • Wax
    • De-ice boot polishing
    • Brightwork polishing
  • Interior Services:
    • Interior detailing
    • Carpet cleaning
    • Leather refurbishment
    • Leather treatment

The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon in a separate service order or quote.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Ensure the aircraft is free of personal belongings and valuables prior to the commencement of services. Provider is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the aircraft.
  • Provide clear access to the aircraft and necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity) as required for the performance of Services, if not being performed at ACI Jet’s facility.
  • Disclose any pre-existing damage, unique surface treatments, or special instructions related to the aircraft’s materials prior to the commencement of services.
  • Remove any sensitive or hazardous materials from the aircraft before detailing.
  • Be available for a pre-service inspection (if required) and post-service inspection of the aircraft (if required).

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing for Services will be valid for 30 days from the date of request.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Provider reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue accounts.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, unique material treatments, or services not included in the original quote. These will be communicated to the Client prior to being performed.

Limitation of Liability

  • Provider will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing the Services.
  • Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the aircraft.
  • Provider’s liability for any damage directly caused by its negligence during the performance of Services shall be limited to the cost of repair or re-detailing the affected area, not to exceed the total cost of the Services rendered.
  • Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Services.
  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's breach of this Agreement or any negligent acts or omissions by the Client.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • All Services are subject to scheduling availability.
  • Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of Services.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the estimated service cost.
  • Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel Services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or staff illness. In such cases, Provider will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to the Client.

Warranty and Satisfaction

  • Provider does not offer a warranty on the longevity of detailing treatments due to varying environmental factors and aircraft usage.
  • Client should inspect the aircraft immediately upon completion of Services. Any concerns or dissatisfaction must be brought to Provider's attention immediately.
  • Provider will address any legitimate concerns and, at its discretion, re-perform or adjust the Services to ensure Client satisfaction.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with any mutually agreed-upon service orders or quotes, constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Provider concerning the Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and representations, whether written or oral.

Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
